After her work hosting Postcards from Paradise for Foxtel in Australia, founding partner Mieke Buchan became the face of tourism campaigns for Tourism Sydney and has gone on to work closely with tourism authorities throughout Asia, Central/South/North America, Europe, New Zealand and Australia to bring their travel destinations to life for audiences across the globe.
Mieks has also worked with top tier production teams around the world.. from legendary William Miller executive producer and cinematographer Baily Pryror (on Destination) to the Jam/McGuire media team in Oz (Making Tracks). Each time her goal is to create warm, story-based, relatable and visually exciting travel television and unique multi-platform content.
She has now downloaded her rich career of travel TV experience to her talented team of contractors, and the best is yet to come!

Making Tracks was a Saturday afternoon road-trip travel series Mieke worked on with JAM Media/McGuire Media and aired on Channel Ten and One. The series was sponsored by Jayco and Jeep and featured epic road-trips to and through some of Australia's most fascinating destinations, meeting a cast of colourful Aussie characters. In this 1 hour travel special for the city of Las Vegas, Mieke interviewed Lleyton Hewitt over a flying feast, went wind sailing on the salt flats, climbed red rock canyon, dressed up as a showgirl, and jumped out of a plane.. just on the first day! This special appeared on Las Vegas television and nationally on the Tennis Channel in association with the Tennis Channel Open in Vegas
No travel TV episode, special or rich web-media series would be complete without sampling the local deliciousness each town, village and city specialises in.. In the TV special we shot in Andalucia Spain, Seafood Paella was impossible to avoid.. YAY!
